Cancellation Policy/ Missed Appointments

Unanticipated events and emergencies happen occasionally in everyone’s life.  To be fair, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advanced notice is required when cancelling an appointment or rescheduling. 

Appointments that are reserved days/weeks in advance prevent others from booking in that time frame. When these appointments are forgotten or cancelled at the last minute, this does not allow enough time to fill in the gap.  If unable to give 24 hours advance notice, there will be a charge for the full amount of the scheduled appointment. If the appointment is from a package series, the missed appointment/late cancel will be subtracted from the balance.  If the missed appointment/late cancel is a gift certificate, the gift certificate will be rendered as used.

 

Extra Guests and Children

To provide quality service and to avoid distraction, friends and family members will not be permitted to be in the treatment room at the time of your service. 

Please make arrangements for young children or children that are ill.  They are not permitted to be in the treatment room at the time of service or to be left unattended.  Services on children under the age of 18, a parent must be present to fill out consent form and to remain for the duration of the appointment.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, anyone that accompanies you to your appointment is not permitted to wait in the building while you are receiving services.

  

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will be modified in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, it will be determined if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the service you were scheduled for.
