Cancellation Policy/ Missed Appointments
Please allow 48 hours advanced notification to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For no-shows or same day cancellations 50% of your scheduled visit will be charged for totals of $100 or more. Service totals of less than $99 will be charged at 90%. Appointments will be denied until invoice is paid in full. A 50% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit may be required to hold appointments in advance for those habitual in cancelling and rescheduling, regardless of being compliant with 48hrs notification.
Extra Guests and Children: Janice Tome Skincare provides services in a quiet, professional law office building. To not distract other businesses, please arrive alone to your appointment. Friends, family members and children are not permitted to wait in the building nor will they be allowed in the treatment room while having a service.
Minors: Services for those under 18 are by referral only. A parent must be present to fill out consent forms and remain for the duration of the appointment. Only one parent will be permitted in the treatment room. No friends or siblings will be allowed in the treatment room or to wait in the building unattended.
Late Arrivals: Session will be modified or may need to be rescheduled for late arrivals. Full payment is expected.
